If emails are not reaching you, make sure to check the following:
- Check the spam folder for any potential confirmation messages. Please note that services such as Outlook and Hotmail very easily redirect emails from senders who are not added to the address book to the spam folder.
- Review your email settings to ensure that Coinmotion addresses are not added to the spam filter.
- Verify that there are no filtering rules in your email that could prevent our emails from reaching your inbox.
- Add info@coinmotion.com to your email address book.
If the confirmation message still does not arrive and you have identified your account with online banking credentials:
- Log in to your account with your own online banking credentials under "Log in with online banking credentials."
- After logging in, check the email address associated with your account in the account settings.
- If you no longer use that email, refer to the instructions on how to change your email address here.
If the confirmation message still does not arrive and you haven't identified your account with online banking credentials, please contact customer service.
