How to change my email address?

You can change your email address from the account settings provided that you have identified your account with online banking credentials.

Mobile App

  1. Go to account settings.
  2. Tap the email address.
  3. Enter the new email address.
  4. Tap "Send code," after which a verification code will be sent to your new email address.
  5. Enter the verification code into the designated field on the platform.
  6. Confirm the change using your online banking credentials.

Browser

    1. Select Account Settings.
    2. In the Account Information section, you can edit your email address by clicking Edit.
    3. Enter your new email address.
    4. Confirm the change with the confirmation code sent to the new email and with bank ID. 

    Please note that it is not currently possible to change the email address of a company account.

    If you are unable to change your email address or have a company account that needs an email change, please contact customer service.
