How to change my email address?
You can change your email address from the account settings provided that you have identified your account with online banking credentials.
Mobile App
- Go to account settings.
- Tap the email address.
- Enter the new email address.
- Tap "Send code," after which a verification code will be sent to your new email address.
- Enter the verification code into the designated field on the platform.
- Confirm the change using your online banking credentials.
Browser
- Select Account Settings.
- In the Account Information section, you can edit your email address by clicking Edit.
- Enter your new email address.
- Confirm the change with the confirmation code sent to the new email and with bank ID.
Please note that it is not currently possible to change the email address of a company account.
