You can change your email address from the account settings provided that:
- You have identified your account with online banking credentials.
- You have access to your Coinmotion account.
- You have activated two-factor authentication (2FA).
You can change the email address only through the Coinmotion web version.
- Select Account Settings.
- In the Account Information section, you can edit your email address by clicking Edit.
- Enter your new email address.
- Confirm the change with the confirmation code sent to the new email and the 2FA code.
Currently, it is not possible to change the email address through the mobile app.
