I can't see my deposit. What can I do?
If you have made a deposit to Coinmotion but the funds are not showing in your account, please send us the receipt downloaded from your online bank. You can send it either as an internal message on Coinmotion or via email to info@coinmotion.com.
The receipt should display the sender's name and account number, the deposited amount, and the reference number or message.
If the funds have not been debited from your bank, please try making the deposit again.
