The money has left the bank but is not showing in the Coinmotion account.
An instant deposit may fail and, in that case, it will not arrive in your Coinmotion account right away.
If funds have left your bank but the transfer is not visible in Coinmotion, the deposit will automatically arrive in your account with the next settlement. This usually takes 1-3 banking days.
If the payment has not reached your account within this time, please send us a receipt from your online bank either via an internal message on Coinmotion or by email to info@coinmotion.com. The receipt should show the sender's name and account number, the amount sent, and the reference number or message.

If the money has not left your bank, try making the deposit again.
