How to change my phone number?

You can change your phone number in the settings of your Coinmotion account, provided that you can still receive confirmation messages to your old phone number.

In the mobile app:

1. Log in to your Coinmotion account.
2. Select "Settings" and then "Account Details."
3. Choose "Phone number" and add your new number to the platform.
4. Confirm the settings with confirmation codes sent to both your old and new numbers.
5. If you use 2FA, add the 2FA code from the Authenticator app.
6. Confirm the change.

In the browser:

1. Select "Account Settings."
2. Under "Account information," you can edit your phone number by clicking "Edit" next to the phone number.
3. Confirm the settings with confirmation codes sent to both your old and new numbers.
4. If you use 2FA, add the 2FA code from the Authenticator app.
5. Confirm the change.

If you can no longer receive messages to your old number, contact customer service while logged in.
