# Hur byter jag telefonnummer?

Du kan byta ditt telefonnummer i inställningarna på ditt Coinmotion-konto, förutsatt att du fortfarande kan ta emot bekräftelsemeddelanden på ditt gamla telefonnummer.

I mobilappen:

1. Logga in på ditt Coinmotion-konto
2. Välj "Inställningar" och "Kontoinformation"
3. Välj "Telefonnummer" och lägg till ditt nya nummer på plattformen
4. Bekräfta inställningen med bekräftelsekoder som skickas till både ditt gamla och nya nummer
5. Om du använder 2FA, lägg även till 2FA-koden från Authenticator-appen
6. Bekräfta ändringen

 

#### I webbläsaren

1. Välj "Kontoinställningar"
2. Under "Kontoinformation" kan du redigera ditt telefonnummer genom att klicka på "Redigera" bredvid telefonnumret
3. Bekräfta inställningen med bekräftelsekoder som skickas till både ditt gamla och ditt nya nummer
4. Om du har 2FA aktiverat, lägg också till 2FA-koden från Authenticator-appen
5. Bekräfta ändringen

Om du inte längre kan ta emot meddelanden till ditt gamla telefonnummer, vänligen kontakta Coinmotions kundtjänst genom att skicka ett internt meddelande när du är inloggad på ditt konto.
