How can I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter through the link at the bottom of each email. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails through the settings of your Coinmotion account.

In the mobile app:

1. Log in to your Coinmotion account.
2. Select "Settings" and then "Account Information."
3. Click on the blue button at the bottom of the settings that says "I want to receive information about new products and other marketing messages." This will turn the button gray.
4. You can also edit app notifications from the same view.

In the browser:

1. Log in to your Coinmotion account.
2. Click on your username or email address at the top right of the page.
3. Select "Account Settings."
4. Click on the blue button at the bottom of the settings that says "I want to receive information about product updates and other marketing communication." This will turn the button gray.
5. Marketing-related emails are now unsubscribed.

If you change your mind and want to subscribe to marketing emails again, you can do so using the same button, which will turn from gray to blue.
