How can I deposit euros into my account?

Please make all deposits to Coinmotion only from bank accounts in your own name.

On the browser:

1. Click on Transfers, Receive, Euros.
2. Choose your preferred payment method.
3. Specify the euro amount and click Next.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment transaction.

On the mobile app:

1. Click on Transfers, Deposit.
2. Specify the euro amount.
3. Choose your preferred payment method.
4. Proceed to payment instructions by selecting "Confirm Deposit."
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment transaction.

Payment methods:

1. Paytrail: Immediate and free deposit method. This payment method is not available for business customers.
2. Klarna: Immediate and free deposit method. Purchased cryptocurrency cannot be sent out of the service until the bank transfer has arrived, approximately within one banking day.
3. Bank transfer: Free deposit method. Euros will be available within 1-2 banking days.
4. Card payment: Immediate deposit method. A 1.2% fee is charged for the deposit.

Please note that we unfortunately cannot receive or send payments outside the SEPA area.
