      Proof of funds for euro deposits

      In this article, you will find the documents we accept for providing the proof of funds for euro deposits.

      Please note that, unfortunately, we cannot process large numbers of screenshots.

      Earned Income

      • Bank statements from the last 3 months showing the source of income and transaction details (such as sender's and recipient's IBAN numbers, names, and dates) OR
      • Payroll slip or pension certificate from the last 3 months OR
      • Latest tax decision OR
      • Incomes register extract (from the last 3 months)

      Rental Income 

      • Signed lease agreement by the tenant and landlord, and a bank statement showing payment receipt and transaction details OR
      • 3-month bank statement showing rental or leasing income received and transaction details OR
      • Ownership certificate (e.g., cadastre extract) and bank statement with examples of incoming payments OR
      • Latest tax return

      Sale of Real Estate or Personal Property

      • Signed sales contract AND
      • Bank statements showing transaction details

      Share Sale or Dividend Income

      • Transaction report from the specific trading platform OR
      • Bank statements showing shares sold and transaction details OR
      • Latest tax return

      Dividends from Unlisted Companies

      • Profit distribution agreements / dividend decision in the person's name (or proof of ownership) AND
      • Bank statements showing transaction details

      Sale of Shares in Unlisted Company

      • Signed sales contract AND
      • Bank statements showing transaction details

      Received Loans

      • Deed of loan signed by all parties AND
      • Bank statements showing transaction details

      Gifts

      • Gift deed or document signed by all parties OR
      • Gift tax return (especially for significant value) AND
      • Bank statements showing transaction details

      Inheritance

      • Inheritance tax return OR
      • Certificate of estate AND
      • Bank statements showing transaction details of the deposit made from the estate's account

      Proof of euro funds for corporate customers

      • Latest financial statements verified by the auditor. For smaller businesses that do not require verification, submitting the financial statement without verification is sufficient
      In addition, we may ask you for the following documents related to the company's financial information if needed:
      • Latest available tax return and, if possible, the one preceding it
      • Bank statements for the company's account for the last 3 months
