How to send cryptocurrencies
In the browser version:

Go to Transfers → Send → Cryptocurrencies

Select the currency you want to send

Paste the cryptocurrency address where you want to transfer funds to

Choose the amount to be sent

Before confirming the transfer, you will see a summary of the amount, transfer fee, and the euro equivalent of the transfer

Confirm the transfer with the confirmation method you have set in your account settings
In the mobile app:
- Go to Transfer → Send Cryptos
- Select the currency you want to send
- Enter the amount to be sent. You can see the available amount above the field. If you want to send the entire available amount, you can press the Available button.
- Before proceeding, you will see a summary of the amount to be sent, the transfer fee, and the total amount of the transfer in both euros and cryptocurrency
- Select "Continue"
- Paste the recipient's cryptocurrency address
- Select "Send cryptos" and confirm the transfer with the confirmation method you have set in the settings
How to send cryptocurrencies to another Coinmotion user:

Go to Transfers → Send → Cryptocurrencies

Choose ”Email Address”

Select the currency you want to send

Paste the email address of the Coinmotion user you want to transfer funds to

Choose the amount to be sent

Add a message (optional)

Before confirming the transfer, you will see a summary of the amount, transfer fee, and the euro equivalent of the transfer

Confirm the transfer with the confirmation method you specified in your account settings
Notes on sending cryptocurrency transfers:
Cryptocurrency transfers are always irreversible. Therefore, please ensure that the receiving address and the selected network is correct. If you are making a transfer for the first time or transferring an exceptionally large sum, we recommend conducting a smaller test transfer at first.
