Start the account creation process for your company by registering at https://app.coinmotion.com/fi/register/signup.
- Select Company as the account type
- Enter your email address and password
- If you have an invitation code, select I have an invitation code and enter the code in the designated field
- Choose whether you want to receive marketing communications via email
- Read and accept the terms of service and privacy policy
- Click Open account
- Confirm registration with the code sent to your email
After registering the account, you need to enter the company's information on the platform:
- Add the representative's details, including the name and phone number of the person operating the account
- Fill out the company's KYC form
- Note: We will verify the ultimate beneficial owners of the company. Ensure that the information you provide on the form is consistent with the other documentation.
- Proceed to account verification and upload the following documents to the platform:
- Trade Register Extract not older than 3 months
- Copy of a valid identification document of the person opening the business account
- acceptable documents: passport or identity card; driver's license is not accepted.
- Board decision authorizing the opening of the business account on Coinmotion. The decision must include the personal details (name and ID) of the person opening the account and must be signed by the company's legal representative.
- This decision is not required for sole proprietorships or if the company's business area, as indicated in the trade register, is the cryptocurrency industry.
- We will review the company documents you uploaded within a few business days.
- You will receive a notification via email when the account is verified and ready for use.
