How can I open an account for my company?
You can open a company account for a company registered in Finland or Sweden. Please have the following documents ready for a smooth verification process (takes approx. 15 min).

LEI code: Your company must have a valid LEI code.

Company information: Most recent financial information (e.g. Financial statements) and details of board members.

Ownership details: Information on all beneficial owners (individuals who own more than 25% of the company).

Board resolution (if applicable): If the company has multiple owners, you will need a signed resolution to open an account, specifying the account user(s). The resolution must include the personal details (name and personal identity code) of the person opening the account and must be signed by a legal representative of the company. A resolution is not required for a single-person company.

Personal online banking credentials: For the identification of the person opening the account.
You can also choose to leave the verification process unfinished and continue later. We will review your company account within 1–3 business days and notify you once your account has been verified and is ready for use.
Instructions for opening a company account:

Start the registration process at https://app.coinmotion.com/en/register/signup or in our mobile app.

Select "Company" as the account type.

Select the country where the company is registered.

Enter your email address and password.

Verify your phone number.

If you have a referral code, select "I have a referral code" and paste the code into the designated field.

Choose whether you would like to receive marketing communications via email.

Read and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at the bottom.

Click "Open account".

Confirm the account opening with the code sent to your email.
In some cases, we may request other supplementary information for verification. The process for opening an association account follows the same pattern as opening a company account.
