How can I withdraw euros to my bank account?

You can only withdraw euros to a bank account.

If your funds on Coinmotion are in cryptocurrencies, you need to convert the crypto to euros first by going to Trading → Sell. For more instructions, please see our article How can I sell cryptocurrencies? After that, you can withdraw or send the euros to a bank account.

Withdraw to your own bank account:

In the mobile app

1. Click on 'Transfers' and 'Withdraw'.
2. Choose 'Send to my bank account'.
3. Specify the amount to be sent.
4. Click 'Withdraw'.
5. Confirm the transfer with confirmation codes.

In the web browser

1. Click on 'Transfers', 'Send', 'Euros' at the top of the page.
2. Withdraw to a bank account. If it's your first withdrawal, enter your bank account number.
3. Enter the amount in the 'Amount to be Sent' field.
4. Click 'Send Transfer'.
5. Confirm the transfer with confirmation codes.

How long does the transfer take?

The withdrawal will arrive in your account within one banking day, considering that the withdrawal is made on a weekday and the day before a weekday before 5 p.m. Withdrawals in the SEPA area take anywhere from 0-2 business days.

We process outgoing transactions twice a day on weekdays and once a day on weekends and holidays. Withdrawals made on a weekday morning before 10 a.m. will likely appear on the same day.
