You can only withdraw euros to a bank account. If your funds on Coinmotion are in cryptocurrencies, you need to convert the crypto to euros first by going to Trading - Sell. After that, you can withdraw or send the euros to a bank account.
Withdraw to your own bank account:
In the web browser:
- Click on Transfers, Send, Euros at the top of the page.
- Withdraw to a bank account. If it's your first withdrawal, enter your bank account number.
- Enter the amount in the Amount to be Sent field.
- Click Send Transfer.
- Confirm the transfer with confirmation codes.
In the mobile app:
- Click on Transfers and Withdraw.
- Choose whether you want to make the withdrawal to your own bank account or to another bank account.
- Specify the amount to be sent.
- Click Withdraw.
- Confirm the transfer with confirmation codes.
Send to bank account:
In the web browser:
1. Go to Transfers → Send → Euros
2. Choose Send to bank account
3. Fill the necessary information: recipient name, IBAN, amount and message. The due date of the transfer cannot be changed. It is always the current day on which the transfer is being made.
4. Accept the payment service terms and conditions
5. Click Send and confirm the transfer with confirmation codes.
In the mobile app:
1. Go to Transfer → Withdraw → Make a bank transfer
2. Enter the recipient’s IBAN and press Next
3. Enter transfer details: recipient’s name, amount and message. The due date of the transfer cannot be changed. It is always the current day on which the transfer is being made.
4. Accept the payment service terms and conditions
5. Press Transfer and confirm the transfer with confirmation codes.
How long does the transfer take?
The withdrawal will arrive in your account within one banking day, considering that the withdrawal is made on a weekday and the day before a weekday before 5 p.m. Withdrawals in the SEPA area take anywhere from 0-2 business days.
We process outgoing transactions twice a day on weekdays and once a day on weekends and holidays. Withdrawals made on a weekday morning before 10 a.m. will likely appear on the same day.
