I withdrew euros to an old bank account, what should I do?

If you have made a euro withdrawal to an old bank account, the transfer should return to our bank, after which we will redirect the funds back to your Coinmotion account. After this, you can make a new euro withdrawal to the correct bank account. Please note that the return of the funds may take up to a few weeks.
