# Jag har glömt min e-postadress

Om du har identifierat ditt konto med dina nätbankskoder:

1. Logga in med dina nätbankskoder under “Logga in med nätbankskoder”
2. Efter inloggning, se vilken e-postadress som är kopplad till ditt konto i kontoinställningarna
3. Om du inte längre använder den e-postadressen, [se instruktionerna för att byta din e-postadress](https://helpcenter.coinmotion.com/how-to-change-my-email-address?hsLang=sv)

Om du inte har identifierat ditt konto med dina nätbankskoder och du inte minns vilken e-postadress du har använt för att skapa ditt Coinmotion konto:

1. Sök efter meddlanden från avsändaren [info@coinmotion.com](mailto:info@coinmotion.com) i din e-postinkorg. Vi skickar alltid ett meddelande till våra kunder då de har skapat ett konto med ämnet “Välkommen till Coinmotion”
2. Om du inte kan hitta den rätta e-postadressen, kontakta kundtjänsten
