# Jag gjorde ett uttag till ett gammalt bankkonto, vad ska jag göra?

Om du har gjort ett uttag i euro till ett gammalt bankkonto borde överföringen returneras till vår bank, varefter vi styr tillbaka medlen till ditt Coinmotion-konto. Därefter kan du göra ett nytt uttag i euro till rätt bankkonto. Observera att det kan ta upp till några veckor för medlen att återvända.
